2000 Integra Type R #0496
This sucks that i have to let this go, but my wife and I started a business and startups are a bitch... I'll get another one later.
2000 Acura Integra Type R #0496

I put alot of time and money into this since I got it last September. The car has had a rough past, but it's so close to being back to 100%... I'm a tech at a Honda Acura specialty shop so I know this car inside and out... dont be afraid to ask me questions. I don't want to bullshit anyone about it so here's the story I was able to dig up and put together on #0496... I don't have the carfax anymore, but it said at one point the car had a salvage title - then a rebuilt title - CURRENTLY has a clean MD title. The car was hit on the drivers side and front end. All the front end parts (fenders, hood, bumper, and re-bar) are off of a DC4 so the VIN obviously doesn't match... drivers door is off a donor PY ITR. After the car was hit the engine was then pulled out along with the armrest with the badge number and then the car sat. An unknown shop decided to fix it and it was sold at an auction to the last owner as a rolling chassis... He bought a JDM 98 Spec engine from Elite JDM in Philly and drove the car very seldom while he had it. Here's what I've done since i obtained the car:
- new Honda front wheel bearings
- reman Honda front axles
- new Honda front lower balljoint boots
- repainted front bumper and shaved front license plate holes
- new Acura ITR front emblem
- repainted rear bumper
- repainted all 4 wheels factory Kaiser Silver Metallic
- new Nitto Neo-Gen 205/50/15 tires
- repainted all 4 calipers silver with light gold flake to replicate OEM finish
- new Honda fender liners
- new Honda engine splash shield
- Tanabe Pro S0C full coil overs
- Mugen Racing II steering wheel w/ NRG quick release
- Mugen twin loop cat-back exhaust (JDM length)
- JDM Honda catalytic converter
- JDM Honda rear hatch glass (no rear wiper)
The engine runs SUPER STRONG and burns very little to no oil at all. The trans shifts smooth and clutch feels great. Underneath the car looks like a 50k mile car should and the frame is 100% strait. This car is real solid right now and just needs a little more TLC to get it tip top. I only drove this car to and from work and thats it.
I'm asking $12,000 as it sits and if i get my asking price I will include a set of white 16x7 AME Tracers for the car as well (very rare)
