2000 Civic Ex with JDM 99 Spec ITR Swap PARTOUT

Story on the motor is i got offered this car in a trade. The guy bought it in 2004 off of a friend who got a girl pregnant and needed money. So he bought it even though he was a muscle car guy and couldn't drive a stick/manual trsnsmission. So the car was sitting since 2004 until i picked it up. He couldn't tell me a lot about *the car since he knew very little about it and wasnt into imports. So as far as mileage/paperwork/records/maintenence/modifications- he really couldnt tell me. He mentioned it might have 70k miles on it but wasnt 100% sure. Also said his friend had paperwork but he never grabbed any of it. He even told me the engine was a D15 sooooo yeah. I drove the car 2hrs home and it had no issues with engine/trans.*

Ive got 2 people interested in the "shell" it will be up to them if they want/need the headliner as one said he needs no interior. If they both back out I'm stripping the car of what i can and crushing it due to the fact its at a shop and cant stay there long once the drivetrain is removed and i have no place to store it.

Well if they back out I would be interested in headliner and possibly the shell depending what all is taken off. Mostly need headliner but I would like to pull it so I could come get whole she'll once your done. I have a trailer and place to scrap cars with title
