heres the press release. http://www.meadoweventpark.com/pr/sfva12ch7.pdf i just dont know if the meet is considered public or private. alot of people who have rented this place for weddings and such have lost thier money and it appears they (the medows) arent doing anything about it.

Wow, whats with the third change? I hope this is the last one, glad I didnt finalize my vacation days around the first or second dates.

Its been changed once. From june 9 to june 30.
Meadow event park filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Completely out of our control. We found a larger venue but were unable to secure the same date. So instead of stepping down with a bigger venue, (which was needed) we changed the date.

Its been changed once. From june 9 to june 30.

Last year it was the 4-5.
then we set a date a few weeks after last years meet and paid for meadow event back in november. Then we locked in RIR about a month ago. Not sure where you read this, but there has been only one date change and im sorry for that.

So who's interested in rolling down Friday evening from PA/MD? My goal is to leave Hunt Valley, MD 21030 at 430 and head down, picking up a couple cars as we go in MoCo, MD for sure. If you want to meet me as I leave on either 83/off of like 695/95 or 29 or farther down, let me know.
