Swapped interior bulb with LED... doesn't turn off completely
Guys,
I just upgraded my interior bulb (on the headliner) with this one. The bulb works fine, but when I turn off the switch (or close the door) it dims out but doesn't completely shut off...
I understand that being an LED it might light up with much less power, but is this going to drain my battery eventually? I am guessing it doesn't since the same current must be flowing with the old bulb as well (just isn't enough to light that one up I suppose).
Here's a picture (it actually looks brighther in the picture than it is in real life):
What are your thoughts?
Thank you,
-Walter

Yes it will eventually drain the battery if the car is left sitting. I have an LED installed but it turns off.

Thanks guys. Looks like the LED is off now.
I would guess that it was on right after installing it due to residual current buildup from the previous bulb? Perhaps heat?
Thanks for the help nonetheless. This bulb is performing very well.

hellz yea I'm gonna get the map light set, 2 dome light boards (one for Integra and one for Corolla) and possibly 2 sets of the license plate lights if the Corolla uses the same ones as the Integra.
