Right turn signal flasher/fast blink

Right turn signal flasher/fast blink
Got an all natural 99 civic DX. All my turning signals work EXCEPT the right head light one. I've read the repair book but it only refers me to an unclear diagram of the electrical fuses under the dash. The right blinker in the dash blinks faster than normal and the right rear turn signal also blinks faster than normal. Wires look in good shape and I just replaced the front turn signal on passenger side(which is the one that won't blink for anything not even when hazard lights are on) only option I have left to do is check the fuse/fuses for the right turning signal.
Need someone to tell me exactly where this fuse is to replace ASAP

Re: Right turn signal flasher/fast blink
sometimes it's a bulb about to go out
if you can't find the fuse pull them all out and see which are good
MAKE SURE you put the correct amperage fuse in each respective place

I had this same problem a while back, fixed it by replacing the faulty bulb and socket with new ones and BOOM!!!
