Fog-lights compatibility. Civic 6th gen. pre-facelift - facelift.

Fog-lights compatibility. Civic 6th gen. pre-facelift - facelift.
Hi everyone,
I have a question about the fog lights on a 6th gen Civic hatch (3 doors)!
There is a nasty crack on the glass of my left fog light on my 2000 ЕК4. The glass is superglued, but the cracks are visible and the whole thing is darkened and it doesn't illuminate properly. In my country facelifted EK's are relatively rare, especially with fogs, so I was wondering if it is posible to replace them with preface fog-lights, also the round ones. Here are pictures of what I am talking about:

I did some research and I found the part codes for the facelift and the pre-facelift fogs;
Pre-face:
08V31-S04-CM001 - LIGHT RIGHT FR FOG
08V31-S04-CM002 - LIGHT LEFT FR FOG
Facelift fogs:
08V31-S04-6M102 - LIGHT ASSY, LEFT FOG
08V31-S04-6M101 - LIGHT ASSY, RIGHT FOG
There is a an obvious difference in the last 5 simbols, but does anyone has actually tried them if they fit and if they are interchangeable?
