what size light bulbs fit into these headlights?

You either need to change the sockets or purchase conversion harnesses.

If you want the conversion harnesses, they're one of the only ones I'm aware of (though there may be others). However, I'd personally just solder on new connectors, which would be cheaper and also result in less voltage drop.

Places like AutoZone, Pep Boys, and Advance Auto should have them. They're the same as standard H4 connectors.
