K24z3 specifically, i have a short block from a tsx and i was going to sell, but having thoughts of keeping it? Would be first k series my hands has touched. I have a set of k20a2 cams and intake manifold with injectors and fuel rail. Can i only use the new heads?(k20zx) not worrying about cost as this is just to get an idea on what can get to work with that block.

does it have the drive by wire throttle? If so I've herd they are stupid hard to convert for the swap. not that I know, its just hear say over the interwebs lol

Also if it has the head that has a single exhaust port that is casted into the head then you can't swap an older k20 head on to but I don't know about the k20a2 cams if they would be swappable.

Just slap a skunk2 or w/e intake mani pn it if the drive by wire is a concern
