Default eg k20 swap problems

hey guys, i have these problems with my swap
its a EG jdm k20a swap with stock ep3r ecu

-the car is running really really rich, ive got the o2 sensors and airtemp sensors connected,
-the fuel pump doesnt stop priming
-the car wont start straight away i have to wait a bit before cranking
and if i turn off the car and then try to start it , it hesistates a lot
before starting again and have to like accellerate then it will start and i
can smell fuel.
-there is **** load of heat coming from the engine bay into my cabin

i know k-pro could fix these issues but im currently in a lot of debt atm
and wont be planning on it for sometime, but if anyone can help me out
would be great thanks guys

heres some info,
jdm k20a swap, hr conversion harness, k-tuned fuel setup, 4-1 headers to straightpipe, prd ecu,

Do you have the ecu properly grounded? I know some people use the JDM ECU alone and have to ground the fuel pump. Do you have the correct wideband O2 sensor connected to the primary plug? the secondary is just a standard one and would be eliminated with kpro. Kpro would solve most of your issues so just be patient and save up, as for the heat in the cabin, Im not sure but it could be the exh gas temp is really high and you are getting heat transfer from the header.. My race car floor is gutted and it gets so hot during a race sometimes that my shoes sweat.
