p28 chrome chipped ecu problems
Hi guys i have a 2000 civic cx hatch back with a 97 jdm gsr motor using a p28 chipped ecu on chrome and i got it tuned and since i got it tuned the car will run fine until it passes 45-5000 rpm once it comes to a stop it bogs and idles funny and turns off. The guy who tuned it informed me i needed new cap and rotor i replaced it and still does it.
when i place the stock p72 ecu everything works fine.
should i re tune it. was it a bad tune or bac chrome chip ecu.
the shop wants to charge me 200 per hour now.

Sounds like either bad ECU, bad/corrupt chip inside the ECU or .bin file on chip, or could be bad tune.
Doesn't sound like a bad cap/rotor issue - I would take it back to your tuner and have them fix it.
