Hi, I'm Frosty. Been a long time Lerner on the forums and decided it was time to join up. I've been a fan of Hondas since I was a kid but just recently bought one to play with. I currently have a 99 LX Sedan in White. When I bought it, there were holes in both the bumpers and some nasty fade on the paint along with busted headlights and tails. All of that has been replaced with OEM bumpers and aftermarket heads/tails. I've replaced the shifter with a b&m dual bend, blox 550g **** and all new energy bushings. As well as maintenance that needed to be done. I'm only 10% done with my ride and have a lot planned for it to bring it up to where I want it. I'll post pics at a later time.

Alright, here is my new ride...I am not interested in tuning this car for high performance, rather keeping it stock clean, and running smooth. It has an auto SS right now giving me a P0700 - P0730 codes, of course shifting erratically...meaning that need to decide if going to rebuilt this one or swap in a manual. Meanwhile, going to polish the paint/headlight lenses, shampoo the interiors and gather intelligence - as I am considering to do the rebuild or swap myself.

Hey everyone,
I'm Matt. I own a 2009 Civic (R18 Automatic, 130,000 miles). I've been working on my own car for about 2 years now. I've learned a bunch from this site, so I figured I'd join.

Howdy from Texas!
I am no longer a Honda owner... I passed my 98 LX down to my little brother a few years ago. I've had a couple of cars since, but have decided to settle down with my 02 Corvette. However, I am looking to purchase a Honda CR250R and get back into riding again. Almost bought a 2012 Acura TL Type-S as well as a few S2000's. Very fun cars!

You have come to the thread dedicated to Member Introductions.
We've noticed many threads created by new members who wish to introduce themselves to our subforum membership. While these types of threads don't fit well in the 92-00 Civic/Del Sol forum, which is dedicated to technical discussions, they seem to generate a significant amount of interest. So rather than close these non-technical threads, we decided to consolidate them here.
From this point forward, please post your member introductions in this thread. Old and new member introductions are welcome.
***Please limit each introduction post to just a few pictures having dimensions no larger than 1024 x 768 so that this thread does not become too unwieldy.

Hi guys, my name is Chris and I have a '94 hatchback with a VTEC ZC engine with 180K+ mileage. I'm currently saving up to upgrade the suspensions which is my first on the list, won't be swapping engines anytime soon as I'm having fun with it on the streets and I don't race, just for a DD and grocery getter.
Here is my little buddy.

Re: Member Introductions
Hi everybody, my name is Francisco I'm currently living on Mexico. Sorry if my writting is not perfect. I'm here looking for some information and help on my projects and also I wish to apport help to other members.
I love all kind of cars but right now I'm starting my very first project; a 2000 Honda Civic Sir (b16a2 engine). Right now I'm not sure if keeping this car or getting another 2000 Honda Civic Sir but with a b18c1 engine. Any suggestions are welcome.
If there is any member from Mexico let me know, maybe we can help each other because of the near location.
Salu2!

Re: Member Introductions
Greetings from Pineville, Louisiana.
Olde Motorhead here, and yes, I said I would never again get into another project. Blame it on the whiskey, smoke and boot scootin' boogie, but I swear it was not my fault. I just woke up with a little red '91 Civic that some dimbulb kid set a Z6 head on, along with a lot of other stuff before he ran out of money (sound familiar?) Oh well. My first car was a little red sporty (Triumph TR4) and since I have no intention of selling this one, I guess one of my last rides will be a little red sporty.
That's it for now. Best to all,
Rugger53

Hello HT. Name's Jose. 30 yrs old. Currently own a K20 EK. Recently purchased. Been out of the scene for over 10 years. First car was an ITR swapped EG. Sold it to a buddy of mine prior to joining the military. Car was totaled a few months after it was sold as previously stated, just purchased the EK. Looking to re ignite my love of Hondas.
