Re: Member Introductions
Hey All! I've come to this forum hoping to find some more technical info/folks to swap experiences/info with... I own a 2013 Civic Si FB6 and have been slowly building it into the car I'd like it to be... I've recently started tracking it and after one track day and one awesome weekend of autox, I'm hooked and looking at suspension changes next...

Carbotech XP10/XP8 front/rear brake pads on Napa blanks
Hybrid Racing shift cable bushings
Corsport shifter base bushings
Buddyclub short shifter
Schroth 3pt harness
JDM front/rear/steering wheel badges (because race car) :-D

Ready to install:

Tires
Wheels (need something for summer/track only tires)?

Well I have always been a Honda guy. Bought an em1 with big plans. Started working on Cosmetics and after a year here I am with a complete built NA b20v with 260whp. A lot of fun and great memories with this thing. I live in Vancouver B.C Canada, and the car scene is not that big here yet but is slowly picking up. Anyways, ctting it shot looking forward to some neat ideas here.

Hey everyone I'm Tony from Cambridge, ON (Canada). My first ride was a 1996 ej8 coupe si but with a jdm d15b. Lol yea I know. I've always loved the honda scene and love seeing the spoon eg6 on th Touge Max japanese videos.
I sold my car after a year of headaches and imported a left hand drive e46 bmw 323i from japan for two reasons. 1 to get a reliable daily (no offense) and 2 to test importing a vehicle into canada. I plan to import a type r in the future. For now I plan on going back to school and giving the wife my e46.
That means I'll pick up an eg/ek hatch that I can get around in. I changed the clutch, transmission, exhaust and suspension parts on the ej8 so I'm excited to soon be back in the game. I look forward to going through all the write ups on honda-tech and hopefully one day posting a diy thread of my own. Cheers.

Hey yall, I'm Caleb. I am planning my first ground up build and am in the budgeting and planning process. As my usaername states I want to do a gen one (probably a 75 cvcc) build similar to Katch24's on k20a.org, but not a replica by any means. I'm here to get advice, learn, and hopefully come across the motor I am wanting.

Member Introduction - Scott Chatten
Hello everyone,
My name is Scott Chatten. I live in Morris, IL and have a stable full of Honda stuff. My daily driver is an '08 Accord Coupe EX-L. Our family also has an '11 Accord Coupe EX-L and a '13 Civic Sedan EX-L. The '08 is becoming my project car and I'm here to learn about performance mods and start having fun. Installed the new cam gear today at 125K to fix the rattling at cold start. Fun project! Also had motor rebuilt under warranty at 59K due to 1 qt. of oil every 1K miles. '08 was a rough year for the EX-L Accord.

Re: Member Introductions
Hey there everyone! I just joined up, seeing as how I have been leaning on this message board heavily over the last few weeks to help me progress through my latest build. I am a proud Honda owner. From my motorcycle stable: 1973 Scrambler 175 & 2005 VTX 1300R to my Summer baby, a 2000 S2000, and the newest addition to my family... the 2nd CRX I've owned. 1988 SiR. I have been working through a full build, trying to get it back to it's full glory with my girlfriend's daughter with intentions of handing it over to her when she turns 16. Hopefully I will find what I need and mayb be able to help someone else out in the process!

Anyway I currently own a 1992 Honda Accord LX (Project in progress) and a 1982 Yamaha Venture Touring bike. If you guys want to check out my build and help me with some advice for my car here's the link https://honda-tech.com/honda-accord-...-help-3225176/

Just another guy with a honda
Hi My name is Nick aka jackalope93eg, I'm from Rochelle, IL and I just traded a 2000 safari 2wd van for this 1993 honda civic sedan lx. Didn't realize it when i traded but the engine is not the original...It has a D16Y7 in it instead of the D15B7. I'm fine with that since it runs and shifts good. but I thought the D16Y7's were used from 97-00...anyway it just recently came from california and the guy who had it needed a van for work...I was trying to sell the 177k safari with no interest and since i had previously had a 98 civic sedan i am happy about the trade. Since it was from California it has NO rust which is crazy for me...all my vehicles have always had some rust. It does need some body work...obviously
