Hey, folks. I not even a Honda owner...yet. My '94 Chevy died (water in the oil) and a friend is loaning me a '95 Civic LX. Unfortunately it seems to have had a hard life. Sounds like it might have some piston slap, power steering rack is leaking (had AT fluid in it!), struts are gone and tires are...scary!!

The day I got it home the radiator started leaking, so I had to drop a new radiator in off the get go. It has been sitting up for a while, probably over a year. But, the more I drive it the more attached I'm getting. I have no idea if he would be willing to sell it to me. It was his wife's BABY. I'll post a pic or two when I can get some. It'd be fun to put a JDM 1.6 DOHC motor into it, especially w/ a manual tranny. My first tank got 29 mpg and the second got 33...w/ an automatic! Of course, being an old codger I drive pretty conservatively. I'm also trying to baby this motor. I'd hate to have to put a motor in someone else's car.
