I readed all took me a wile but I got mine working perfect with vss convereter and ect modifyer instaled on my del sol and without pigy tails.

fine.... Vss I got from eBay, they have them for $110 shipped just tipe in Speedohealler v4 with universal harnes or any will work.
And for ect sensor you have to go www.modifry.com and look for ap1 or ap2 stock one it depends on year of your speedometer, they go for $70+ shipping.

I have one in my del sol fully functional just need a cf trim around to look better. Took me awile to figure it out, but I feel like an expert now :-)

help my speedo stop working, i am using shv4.

power, ground, white goes to vss and green goes to the cluster right?

when you turn your car on, does shv4 stay on> or turn of after awhile on the display

Bad conection somewere...

It stays always on when ignition on.
So it worked for a wile now it stoped.. or it never worked right..?

Got my swap all finished except for the ECT. I only get the 2nd bar to light up.
Did the swap in my boy's EK and he gets nothing even when his car is completely warmed up.
Both cars have AP1 clusters with the Modifry ECT converter for AP1 Stock version. Spoke with AMS_Mike and he said I have to use the AEM version. According to Bob at Modifry they are both the same, only difference is the programming. Anyone have this issue?
Will changing to the AEM programming fix this or do I need to write my own program?
Anyone willing to share a program?

I think you didn't hooked it up write. What ecu you and your friend using obd1 or obd2..?

It's hooked up fine thanks.

I using a stock 92 GS-R ecu, ODB1.
My buddy is using a stock ODB2 ecu for his non vtec D series.

if you have ap1 stock modifrier and obd1 ecu it shoud work fine then...

You do realize that the unit needs to be programmed which is likely my main issue.

Alright, forget about the ECT issues.

My friend's gas gauge on the cluster has totally stopped working now. I need to check the wiring but does anyone have any ideas as to why this would happen all of a sudden?
It was working when we first did the same, however it was off. Now it's stopped working altogether.
