Pr3-1? What kind of head if this?

b16a or ITR. look at the yr on the head.. theres 4 round castings with thick lines going through them on the front left of the head. its the first one that says the year it was made in. if the number is above 94 or so its most likely a ITR head if below then a B16a.

It looks as if its been ported & polised deep in side where the valves are. But the number is either 88 or 89 but i dont think the head can be that old its super clean.
