Default Oil pressure change

Hi, My civic Turbo b16a suddenly starts to show 70psi at cold start (from 80psi always). After warm up when running the press seems to work normally to 80psi at WOT.

I'm worried about this cause I only depend on the oil gauge(not oil sensor on the block). I recently replace the head gasket and not drain the water of the block, but I don't think is to much water left after drain the old oil.

What this can be clogged oil pick up or pump going bad?

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
