K20 will not rev over 2000 rpm, what could be the problem? throttle body sensor?

Default K20 will not rev over 2000 rpm, what could be the problem? throttle body sensor?

if i rev it all the way up with will drop to 0 rpms and shut off

I have a b18 swap, but my tps would vibrate loose a bit and that would happen except mine wouldn't die just ran like crap. Make sure all your fittings are tight and reset your ecu, always fixed mine.
