Default immobilizer system on 97+ prelude ecu?

i put a 2000 model h22a and ecu in to my 99 civic ex... the car will now crank, but will not turn over all the way,... we have checked all wiring multiple times, and have been told by a few that i need to change to an ecu from a 93-95 prelude vtec (obd1, p13) or to a 96 ecu obd2. because none of these have the immobilizer system on them... but what im wondering, is there a way to bypass the immobilizer on the ecu?? does anyone know how to do this?? and or does anyone have a 96 prelude vtec ecu?

hit me up privately if you need the immobilizer removed, I can remove it for you.
Also, once the immobilizer is removed I believe you need to move pin A15 to A16 (fuel pump)......this has to be done when running a 00-01 ITR ecu in a 99+ Si...i dont know if this would pertain to a prelude ecu though.

Hmmm, wait a sec...I think only 00-01 honda ecu's have an immobilizer & 96-98 ecu's don't have an immobilizer.....i could be wrong tho. hrmm..somthing to check on...

96 doesn't have the imobilizer, but 97-01 does, but i think you can only use the 99-01, i can't remember if they changed the conectors (obd 2 1/2 as everyone calls it)like on the civics
