H2BJON's Spoon Inspired A/M Street Eg (Build Thread)
Since I can remember ive always liked to be diffrent, I would try new things out and try to stay away from the bandwagon scene. Im almost positive that there's something wrong with me I just havent figure it out yet
. Well it all started with my first car(eg6), it had a b16 swap which pulled pretty good, then again it was my first car and anything seem fast. Only having the car for a month I already wanted to go fast so I heard about h2b from a local freind and me always acting before thinking took that idea and ran with it. Couple months later I sold the b16 longblock and put in my h2b(barely knowing how to drive, lol). I took it to the track and ran some bad times, found out it was my tranny all eff up, still manage to beat a type r swap eg, awd turbo talon, an a Modded evo. Since my b16 tranny was eff up i took the car apart and baught a type r tranny. I got a little crazy and ended up boosting my hatch. Car is all parted out and sold.

Its been 3 years since I driven a swap civic and its time to get back in the game and start competing in some events and start having some fun. I don't usually buy people projects but I made an exception to hondaboy4life shell and just had to buy it. Its been 4 years since I had this shell and from losing my job I coundn't start the car but I never once thought of selling it. To keep up the name I earned in the streets and me never hitting the 12s I wanted to hit at the track I decided to build another h2b. I was going to start off with a very big motor(90x100) but decided I needed to practice my driving and get my car dialed in first. As i won't be fast enough to compete in the AMP class, I decided to try out the 11.5 index class. Hopefully I can take out the car before the summer finishes. Sorry in advance but most of my pictures are from a cell phone(21 and broke)

Nice! I don't get it, what bottom end will you be using? Its compatible with forged pistons? im confused. Stock sleeves?

Iron sleeves, there not the greatest but I got a good deal on the block with rods. A lot of the parts I have are because I got them for cheap. I was originally was going to run pro 2s but got a deal on the Jun's.

car looks good i just dont like how they painted the subframe and steeiring rack... but it could easily be fixed by dropping it and painting it black..

Ya, I was a little upset about that. But ill probably end up touching it up a bit before the engine goes in. Im kinda rushing the car this year to take it out but it will go threw a huge make over during the winter.
