Default H22 head on F20B

So I have a 94 ej1 with a F20B & H22 5spd tranny. Stock block, eBay header and cold air intake. made 180 hp and 145 tq to the wheels. It's decent for what it is, but I want more. I have read a few threads regarding putting an h22 head on the f20b block. I planned on having the block bored and sleeved to match h22 stock bore. Im thinking about going nitrous, so any suggestions on cams and valve train? Skunk2 cams are good but didn't know if there was anyone who found abother brand that may be better for nitrous set ups. Also, I know I'll have to get custom rods, so where do I need to begin my search on that? Thanks
