Got no vtec and rev limit at 7k...b18c1
I got a 92 honda civic hatch with b18c1. So the issue is that I got no vtec and rev limit at 7k on a p72 ecu. Done all the troubleshooting fixed a lot of the wiring and check the vtec solenoid, does the click when I apply straight power from battery. Put in a new vtec oil pressure switch and cleaned out the housing that holds the two also. The only thing that I'm not too sure about is the IAT, the wires for them we're cut for some reason fixed that and it burned the original ecu that I had but it didn't burn the p72 ecu. I just got back into the game so can anybody help?

After change the ECU, do you connect the IAT?
Burning a ECU by plug the IAT is normally when mixed with purge valve plug.
Any CEL, Stock ECU or chipped?

I'm just gonna redo the whole wire harness as if I did the swap myself after I do a oil pressure test sometime soon. I might just find a reason for me to get to my goal of 10's sooner than I thought.
