Default Electric water pumps, before and after dyno #'s

I've heard lots of different hp gains, just wondering just wondering what to expect?

Muckman-Nice water pumps in your avatar! But I'm really interested in the gains as well. I know Tom posted something in the EG section about em, but I really wish someone would put out some good responses, both pro's and con's.

no I have the ac autotecnic water pump. But my motor is almost ready so hopefully I'll be posting some dyno plots
