eg w/ b16 Radiator hose problems
Ok. I have a problem with the sizes of the radiator hoses. with a 93 civic vtec radiator with a b16 the lower radiator hose is too small to fit on the motor. If I go to a bigger hose, then it leaks around the radiator. The upper radiator hose is the same. The hose needs to be bigger so it fits on the engine but then it leaks around the radiator. Any suggestions??

You have a few options, of course you must use B series hoses to fit the motor. You can use some C clamps and tighten them around the radiator to keep it from leaking. Another method is to cut a few inches of the d series pipe, put it on the radiator and then clamp the B series pipe over that. Then you could also buy a Del Sol VTEC dual core radiator. It was designed for an EG with a B16 so the outlets fit B series hoses.
