Re: does a obd1 94-95 gsr p72 ecu have a Knock Sensor reading? (Newman)
Man I know this is old but this search is just coming up with same topic of fixing knock sensor codes. I am doing a b16a block with 98 gsr head and 94 gsr stock IM I already have a chipped p28 but am told to use a p72 for the IAB's. Then been told the p28 can be chipped to run the obd1 gsr IM IAB's though no response to what program I should be looking for. If I do find this "program" for my p28 would I find any problems with not having the knock sensor hooked up? Do I even benefit at all from this sensor.
