Default B18C1 block with B18C5 head

I bought a brand new 95 B18C1 block and i have a used B18C5 head, i wanted to know if i cna run them both with the OEM P72 OBD1 ECU? want to make sure there will be any unforseen problems? thanks

VTEC will be set too low (4400) with that ecu since it's designed for an intake manifold with IAB's.

you'll have slightly lower comp.
