Icon2 B18A1 CRX NEED EXPERT HELP!

I recently swapped my 89 rex si with a b18a1. I finally got it to start after realizing that the stock a6 engine harness had to be used with the b18.
There's a million vacuum lines. But I was lucky enough to find a guy who drew a picture of exactly where everything goes for my specific application. This is it.....http://drivendaily.org/crx-b18a1-vacuum-diagram/
So I replaced every little vacuum line with new lines and followed that picture as to where everything went.
Finally, it cranked and started. Idle was at 4,000 rpm with the idle screw backed ALL the way out.
So I swapped on a b20 throttle body and the idle is between 1,500 and hopping up to 2,500 with the idle screw screwed all the way in. So I backed the screw out and the intervals between the idle hop got faster. But the idle didn't actually drop. Why is this? I followed my honda pact instructors advise and sprayed tb cleaner all over to see if I had a vacuum leak. I can't find anything. I'm losing my mind with this damn thing. Can someone please help me out? Btw, I cleaned the the iacv and ficv already.

And there's a few other things too.
The engine temp didn't work so I replaced the coolant temp sensor and the coolant temp sensor signal thingy that operates the temp gauge on the dash.
Now the gauge works. But I'm getting a code 6. Why? I just replaced it!
Lastly, there's a few sensors/connectors that I'm confused as to where they go.
People say the green plug on the back of the block is oil pressure switch and unused on the crx. Ok cool. But, there's a 2 prong connector right in the same area and the 2 prongs can be switched either way. Is there a certain way they go? What are they? There's also a little connector on the a6 harness in the same area that doesn't plug into anything. Whats this?
Stay with me here, please.

There's a plug where my lower rad hose goes into my block that has nothing plugged into it. I guess that's the thermostat housing. But my d16a6 harness has nothing that plugs into it. What is this?

Btw, I don't know if I need to leave it running longer but my rad fan doesn't seem to be turning on. And I also have the primary 02 sensor code due to not having an 02 sensor bung on my stupid 4-1 dc header.

Disclaimer: I know there's a ton of experienced honda tech people here that blast inexperienced people and say "USE THE DAMN SEARCH" bla bla. I HAVE. I get 10 different answers as to what things are every time. So, saying that to me us useless.

To any awesome, nice people that help me in a positive way, thank you so freaking much!

In case you've got your second wind for this swap:

Check this.
Also this.

May fix the idle even with the B18 TB.
