Default b16 valve seats with Supertech springs

Hi, I bought a spare b16 head and I was swapping the ITR cams and Supertech springs to my current head, When I noted this head isn't using the valve seats Honda part# 14775-pr3-000.

there's no problem with this or it's necessary to use them?

Thanks

You must have some type of seat to locate the inner and outer springs correctly... be it one provided by the spring manufacturer or a stock one. Also, without a seat, the spring rates will be LOWER than advertised and will allow a valve to float at an earlier peak RPM because of the taller install height.

Put in a set of spring seats... your engine will thank you.
