If so please help!!!! Thanks
Problem solved!!!....the intermediate shaft bracket with the welded nuts is junk! To make this work I had to grind off the welded nuts off with a cut off wheel and use longer bolts washers and new nuts and it worked...looks like the welded nuts where just slightly off which was causing the shaft to lock up once it was torqed...
I'm having this same issue!! And it making me crazy!!!
Ive got the welded nut version and every time I tighten them up the shaft locks up, all I have to do is loosen each nut half a turn and it frees it up.
So I got hold of the older version mount which you have to use a nut and bolt and that does exactly the same thing!!!
I even tightened everything up and loosened all the gearbox bolts and still it's the same!
Theirs plenty of space between the intermediate shaft and the block, I grinded more that enough and I've used several different intermediate shafts
What I'm I doing wrong!!!

Let us know how it goes, I'm having serious issues with my rear intermediate mount, every time I tighten it ou the shaft locks up, who can I speak to?
