how hard is it to find ine of these steering wheels.

i seen a few on s2ki but the splines wont fit the usdm models you you have to custom fit it

They are not hard to find you just have to be willing to pay about 600-800 dollars for one that has been modified to fit USDM cars. Unless you are pretty capable at welding yourself then you can find un-modified ones for less.

Another, possibly less expensive, option is to mod the USDM steering wheel rim into that shape and have it re-covered with leather. You'll need some welding skills but that should be easier than machining the hub JDM --> USDM.
