How can I disable my VSA in a 04 AP2?
I have a 2004 AP2 and want to disable my VSA, which I know the newer models have the disabler, but is there a way I can disable it temporarily without messing anything up?
Thanks
Thanks

isnt their an on/off VSA button on the center console?
even if you turn it off, its going to go back on if the computer senses trouble. its never 100% not working.

To the OP,
I think what your reffering to or what your feeling is the CDV (clutch delay valve)
Which is usually a Hit or miss with people.
Some people just learn to drive with it some can't stand it and take it out.

That could possibly be it, because I cannot stand how the car basically "limps" off when you initially accelerate and want to somehow remove that.

Yes, Just be-ware the CDV serves a purpose. Taking it out will put your diff. at in increased risk as oppsed to if the CDV was still in, to protect from breakage.

Just FYI on 06-07 There is a button on the dash (located in the same place as the defrost button on MY02-MY05) which reads VSA. Hold this button for a couple seconds and VSA will be disabled.
