No, not really. Factory wheels are staggered and wider then those in the rear. You will be downgrading.

The wheels you listed would be good for a civic or something.

Your question is very vague. Look at the "clean S2000" picture thread. See what "look" you like and ask the owner what size/offset they are and what they had to do to make it work.

I should add that the front wheels in a 17X7.5 +45 will work great. I have that right now. It will look stupid as hell on the back, though. IIRC, the stock AP2 wheels are wider than 7.5''.

You don't nessecarily have to go staggered...but if you get an agressive enough rear size, you will have to mod the front fenders for the fronts to work.

stock AP2 wheel sizes are 17x7 and 17x8.5, on 215/45 and 245/40 tires.

if you're getting a set of 17x7.5 tires, might be a good thing to stagger the tires. 215 in the front, 235 in the back. a spacer might also be needed.

most ideal for you is to scrap the idea of 17x7.5 on all fours and consider running staggered to keep your stock handling characteristics.

^ You can't run a 235 size to correspond with the stock sizing. The diameters of available 235 sizes are not right.

The stock rear size on an AP2 is a 245. The stock AP1 tires are the size of normal 245s even though they are technically 225s.

Why 235s?

Hell no. I have an EM1. My S2000 gets stored.

What does snow have to do with anything?

it's just the widest possible tire for a 7.5" width wheel. and yes, i'm aware that s2k rear tires are 245, if you carefully read my post.

i was just suggesting 235s in the back because if he's going with a 7.5" wheel all around, might as well try to keep the stagger even though it's not the same as stock sizing.

Allright, but again, there is no 17'' 235 width tire that has the same diameter overall as the stock AP1 or AP2 tires.

It's either 215/45/17, 225/45/17, 245/40/17, or 255/40/17. Those are all very close to stock diameters.
