My trail and chaly
I finally got ALMOST all the parts together.
started off as a 70 CT70H 4spd. problems with the trannys 3rd gear, and lack of power.
Stripping
PARTS::
Got the visor mocked up on my blue bike to check fitment
PAINT KIT::: Back to stock orange
shocks mocked up on my blue bike for comparison
PRIMER going on
PAINTED!!
Finished the paint today.
Have the engine apart currently, getting ready to order a new 4spd gearset, and then ill install the 88cc kit with race head from TB.
STILL waiting on my "chaly" style fenders from thailand. been 3 weeks now.
what do you guys think??

getting there... SLOWLY.
need to order::: new seat, nylon fork bushings,throttle/brake controls, turn signal crap.... other random stuff.
mocked up with old crappy bars and crappy seat
front and rear fender need adjustment
Got my bars from japan today! Awesome! Will have pics tomorrow

love the fenders... I have a 1074 3 speed CT70 same orange .. I was going to put a honda Nice motor on it but I am keeping it original. where did you get the Chaly frame.. those are Hot done up

The chaly frame, bought it off yahoo japan auctions. Went through a "bid service". Was super easy, and I paid for EMS and it was here in 3 days!!! Awesome!
Also, as a side note. The gf purchased a brand new 09 ruckus... I did some research and was like dammmnnn... So I got me an 04 with 124 miles on it for $500. Unrunning. Cleaned the carb and stuck my trail gas tank on it (other one was nasty) and boom, it runs great!
