Turbo Install 96 SR-V
I plan on purchasing the TSI Extreme Turbo Kit from turbo-kits.com, for my 96 Prelude SR-V. The package I plan on buying is going to have the T28 Dual Ball Bearing upgrade as well as come with the APEXi V-AFC II, APEXi Turbo Timer and boost gauge. With the electronic equipment listed, would there still be a need for a boost controller? I know APEXi makes a nice boost controller, but would that be overkill with the turbo timer?
In addition, I have headers, cat, and exhaust, as well as plugs, wires, and cam gears. Under the hood is slightly upgraded as i listed, however, will I have to make any further modifications before i install the turbo kit? What changes will i have to make to my ECU, and which one should i replace it with?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Re: Turbo Install 96 SR-V (a0wsk1)
Id first like to guide you to the search button, then to the sticky's "ESSENTIAL PRELUDE LINKS" and then to boost, and ull find this: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=783372
At low boost 6-8psi, technically u can run on stock internals injectors etc, and should be fine (notice should be, theres no real guarantee anymore, once u put something in an engine, when it wasnt originally there ;D).
Rods, Pistons, Sleeving, porting of the head is just to name a few things id do pre turbo
