Default TB Change and more F22A1

I'm getting a timing belt change on my 96 Prelude S. It has 91,000 miles.
The parts that I was thinking about replacing are the timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, cam seal, crank seal, and balance shaft seal. Should I replace all the seals even though there are no leaks?

Should I also replace the balance shaft belt, balance shaft tensioner, and tensioner pulley?

I started looking at some timing belt kits online for an F22A1, and they all come with BS belt, BS Tensioner, and Tensioner Pulley.

Is there anything else I'm missing. I was also thinking drive belts. Someone told me I should just replace the TB, Water Pump, Valve Cover Gasket, and Cam Seal. Someone else told me I should replace everything.

Thanks,
Del

if the tensioner are working properly you have have to replace them, if the seals are leaking yet, i think you should change them, especially if everything is apart, and due to the miles.
