Default Stupid Code 43!!!!!

I have a cel code 43(fuel system supply) on my 92 H23a1. I've had it for a long time now, but now I'm at my wits end. When I first got the car it had all sorts of problems I fixed all of them but the code 43. Its the one thing I can't fix. I have been able to narrow it down though. I first started to tackle it by changing the o2 sensor it helped tremendously with my mileage, but it didn't disappear. I noticed it only turned on when I was going 50 and higher. Next I adjusted the valves and I noticed it started coming on only if I went 65 and up. I changed the fuel filter and the fuel pressure regulator. It helps but still nothing. A took a vacuum diagram and got to fixing the lines and found that some weren't in their right place. Had a fuel pressure test done and the pressure was constant throughout 42psi when I opened the throttle. No bouncing needle. When I'm really really low on gas 3-4 bars it'll come on and just keeps stalling when I come out of gear. I don't really drive freeway so at city speeds it's runs great. Hopped on the freeway a couple weeks ago and I noticed something else so I had to test it again and again to make sure. Whenever I'm driving 70 and up and I keep my foot on the pedal without completely lifting it off every now and then the cel comes on. Now if I push it and play with the pedal open and closing the throttle it will not turn on I can go up to a 100mph and it'll be fine. What does this mean I'm burnt out of ideas I need help!! Also I can smell the sulfur because car runs rich with cel. Not too mechanically inclined but I can manage something.

First check for an exhaust leak using seafoam on a cold start so the car is idling at 1500. Lightly add it into the intake manifold at the brake booster. If no leaks anywhere from the exhaust manifold to the oxygen sensor, I would try another ecu. If it still comes on, I would pull another injector from the junkyard and swap it into each one and checking if the code pops back up after clearing the codes(trying all four injectors one at a time).

This is a real generic code and doesn't really point you to anything useful.

Those are the things I would try first.

Will try seafoam maybe tomorrow since I'm off. I actually just swapped ecu already forgot to mention.

I'd download a manual and run through the code 43 troubleshooting.
