Passenger tail light not lighting up when braking only?

Passenger tail light not lighting up when braking only?
It lights up fine when I turn all of the the exterior lights on, just not when I'm braking, it also shows "brake lamp" would it be a fuse or short?

Could be either one so I would check your fuses and brake light wiring just to make sure everything's in good condition.
