obx spark plug wires
Since we're on the talk of OBX, Im in the game of some new spark plug wires, saw some by obx with 10.5mm wires (i believe). And they are about 30$ cheaper then the MSD wires. Should I just go for this, will it make that much of a difference?
Yes, I already searched.

Re: obx spark plug wires (GraphiteMW)
Why don't you put on another $10 or 15 dollars and get: NGKs
OBX is made in China. And I just don't like name.
OBX - R? what noobish name is that, Sorry I have a hatred just cuzz they have a gay name.
MSD However, is pretty darn good! I ran an MSD blaster SS external Coil, and it has real power gains.
So, conclusion, NGK wires and spark plugs recommended, MSD wire only if you get Blaster SS coil otherwise..don't get it. Wasting money.
OBX, Just say NOooooO.

Hmm, Blaster coil? More information on this? If it has gains then its on my shopping cart.
Yeah I think I was wrong for even mentioning that I was interested in the OBX wires.

a buddy of mine had those and they were good other than to boots came off easy. your not really going to see any kind of performance gain from wires and plugs, or even a coils. it will only give you a better spark for better combustion. nothing you will feel

OBX is fine. I personally had no problems with them. They seem to come off easier, but the MSD's have the same problem. Just get some clamps and clamp them down.

Re: obx spark plug wires (ludesleep)
I'm gonna be a little theme freak for a sec but I really want them in red :]
I'll probably order some and let you guys know how it goes, since it is just spark plug wires.. not much can go wrong there. As long as they are better then the stock then its fine with me.

Re: obx spark plug wires (avallach)
Years ago I purchased a set of OBX wires & was very disappointed. I had the metal part that crimps to the wire that then attaches to the top of the spark plugs separate/uncrimp from the wire, making it useless.
I then purchased a set of NGK's & was very impressed with the quality & OEM like fitment.

The NGK Blue Spark plug wires are hands down the best in my opinion. The OBX are absolute ****.
I use them on EVERY set-up that I do (including 600whp+ turbo applications)... minus COP's of course.
