Default Is my head gasket blown/cracked??

Ive been reading articles on this but thought I'd ask you all anyways. As shown in the pics below there's coolant leaking or somehow getting onto my block below my headers. I cleaned it off not too long ago when I degreased the enigine and now its back. I havent noticed any white or discolored anything in my exhaust except thats it smells kinda like its runnin a bit rich. O2 sensor was just replaced too.

I also havent noticed any major loss of coolant over a short period time, however it sometimes starts to get close to over heating when sitting at a stop light but when I start driving it goes back down. Thermostat maybe?? Power seems to be slightly but not majorly lagging. Something I might only notice casue I always drive it. 190k on the engine too. Any other ideas will help. TIA

Look at where the source is coming from. If it's coming between the head and the block, it's time for a new head gasket.

Its not like I havent looked. There really isnt any collant residue for about 2 inches below where the block and head meet, kinda shown in the 2nd pic. I thinkmit only shows up while under load cause I dont see leaks if I rev the engine. I dont think its the upper rad hose. Any other suggestions on my other probs??

When sitting at a light and your temp gauge rises, then goes down when you are moving means you are LOW ON COOLANT. It goes back down when moving because of the air flow in the engine bay/radiator. Wait for the car to cool off and top her off, then find the leak. If it were a blown HG you would have milky colored oil or oil colored coolant. start the car and watch where it leaks from. Is leaking just on the front side or on the rear as well ? Sounds more like a possible hole in the rad.

A blown headgasket won't always give the milk-shake appearance.....ask me how I know

Check and see if it's dripping from the head, or if there's a freeze plug there.

I too feel your pain and can relate time and time again.....

fyi common sense, if he's "leaking" coolant, of course the car is going to be "low" but i dont think there is any conceivable way coolant would leak from the rad to the block in that fashion.... i did the exact same thing w/ too much timing and boost on pump gas w/ one of those good ole cometic head gaskets
