you can just borrow a slide hammer from advance or autozone and use that to remove the hub. the only problem you face with that is it almost always ruins the bearings. i did it on mine and turned out ok though.
then just replace the studs. the studs themselves are pretty cheap.

idk what that part is called... however i had to replace 3 studs once lol. the studs themself are cheap, my bill was like 5 bucks total.
are you running bigger rims? i had 17s on my 3rd gen once with stock lug nuts and i think it barely got any threads on them, and it just finally vibrated lose, broke 3 studs and the 4th lugnut was starting to come undone when i pulled into my driveway. if this is the case, try gorilla lug nuts, they worked great for my car!

I drove on 3 studs for like 6 months all through the winter. It's not exactly the safest thing to do, but 3 held well.
It's tough to do by yourself so take it to pepboys if there's one in your area. Honda wanted like $300 to change. Pep boys changed my broken stud in about an hour or so and charged me $18 bucks, since my old one had already been air hammered out. I think they charge $36 or so if it's not. Good luck
