loose metal noise in front suspension
My bro gave me his 92 prelude si. Everything is great except whenever the car goes over a bump, rough bumpy rode. The front makes these metal clashing noise, but whenever i'm stepping on the brake the noise is gone. N when the do a complete stop my steering wheel alway turn to the right. Before i take it to the shop for repair.. I just wanted to know ahead of time what could of cause it.
So far i checked. All nuts n bolt, axles is still good, cv boot is good no rip.
Car is on Kyb Gr2 stock spring
Riding on 17in Rims

well your car is pulling to the right when you stop because your right caliper is sticking, OR the left caliper is seized and not working at all. also check all the caliper slides.
the metal "clanking" noise could be anything, just gonna have to look around for something loose

One other idea - sometimes the loose metal noise is the ABS brakes "kicking". I had a car that had a loose sensor on the wheel and any kind of serious bump like pothole or RR tracks would cause the noise. Tightened sensor and all is cool.

Re: loose metal noise in front suspension
I had the same problem on my bb6.
Whenever i would go over a bump or hit a pothole it sounds like the suspension is about to bottom out. I changed out my struts and the car is running alot smoother and doesnt make that loud banging noise when i hit a bump/pothole.
With that rattling noise, when my strut blew when i hit a huge *** pothole i think the metal washer busted and is still kind of connected to the strut.
like i said, I pretty much had all the same symptoms youre having right now. Just change the struts.

yea I agree with birdy, its probably the strut bar, and possibly you need new bushings. My car did the same thing and when I finally checked, the bar was disconnected from the rest of the car and so I had to use a replacement bushing and that pretty much fixed it.
