Default h22 accord first time turbo build HELP many questions

ok so i have 95 accord with a h22a in it all spark components are new besides that dead stock that i would like to turbo. a system that seems simple enough but the more research i do the more questions i have. first off i going with cheap ebay t3/t4 turbo is this the size i want? seen good reviews and bad but the machine seems simple enough and better yet it is repairable so don tell me not to buy the junk.

question 1. from what i understand over 7 psi is no no on stock block. psi is regulated by the wastegate seen sdvertised with different psi springs. this will be my daily driver so would like to be able to change from 4 and 7 psi. is this from a wastegate or boost controller this confuses me

question 2 tuning. i am an auto by way anyway i know nothing here besides ecu needs to be chipped or i need to buy one chipped. do i need a ecu contoller i guess please hekp idk or just have someone do my chip for me in wich case would i need a wideband o2 sensor .

ANYWAY point being the installation seems simple enough my main concerns are the supporting mods injectors ecu the boost controll should i pay to be tuned or how hard is it to learn don wanna blow up car thank you

o one more thing heard 3inch exhaust is a must yet exhaust from turbo is 2.5'' is this still necassary i guess i need total guide

wait one more will turbo and manifold fit wiith stock radiator was lookin at cheap ebay one

Yes you should have this well thought out.

Take a list, and read the site. You might learn a thing or two.

Im not a turbo person, but from my understanding, when you turbo, you need a fresh motor.

Id read a little more before you jump in head first. And if you still go through with it, than hey, i wish you luck.
