I'm an owner of a 4th gen as well and anxious to see this work! My buddies crx k20 took a little while but was a much easier process. It was scary fast. I'm sure you are looking at 12's in the quarter mile. Thank you and good luck. Please keep us posted whenever you can.

No updates currently. I should have the header, intake, and the rest of my tucked radiator set up by May 1st. Danny, the mounts work for k24 blocks and transmissions only.

Okay so I have been deciding what to do with my 4th gen and was originally considering building and moding a h22a but was talking to a friend and he mentioned the kswap and I was intrigued. I do have a few questions for you. If I'm not worried about money what is the best set up? You said the k24a2 had the best compression for n/a but if I wanted to turbo it anyway would I be better to go with the a4 or would the a2 still be better? And which head am I better off with? Obviously off a k20 but does the vtec in both intake and exhaust better? Or which head do you think is the best?

If you want to go turbo you should just get a k24a4 and build the bottom end for your desired set up. I say the a4 just because the purchase price is cheaper. the k20a2 or comparable heads would be advised and a k24a2 6 speed would be the best option for transmission.
