IAB Vacuum hookup with broken nipple
I broke a nipple on the backside of the intake mani while installing the motor and had to jb weld it closed. it's the line going to the IAB starter valve
All my vacuum lines on the intake mani are capped off except for map.. I was wondering if I could hook the IAB valve to a different nipple does it matter? or is the one I broke the one needed for the IAB to function properly
number #12 in the pic is JB welded and the rest are capped off.
or the nipple to #22
I searched on how to hook it up but can't find an answer if i'm screwed because this nipple is busted.
apparently ive been driving with them stuck open.

Re: IAB Vacuum hookup with broken nipple
just trying to figure out if it really mattered if the exact nipple had to be used.. or if I should try to rig it with my intake pipe.. I've been reading about people hooking it up different ways but It's not correct, (opens at WOT instead of 4500)
