Default How long do shocks last?

Im about to pick up a set of Koni yellow shocks, seller says its been 4 years and 40,000miles approx. shocks last longer than that right? im thinking of just buying it and waiting for it to wear out and send em out for a rebuild. but 40,000 isnt too much right? they look to be fine.

depends on how they have been used...Ive seen yellows go for 80k miles without a problem on a daily driver.

i can not understand your writing but if they are 50 bucks pick them up and rebuild them at a shop. a authorized dealer will prob not rebuild them for you because you are the originally purchaser.
