what do you mean "how do you set up"?? unbolt old one...bolt in new one.....?

LOL, thats the special tool to keep the auto tensioner piston compressed during t-belt servicing.

you get them with new auto tensioners from honda, or can be ordered seperately.

or if your cheap and dont feel like shelling out money for a bent piece of metal from honda you can use a hose clamp.

take the matnince bolt out of the botom of the auto tensioner and turn the screw inside to retract the top. then use a hose clamp around the top and one of the bottom fins to hold it down while you bolt it in place. then just unscrew the clamp and pull it out and the top will pop right up into place. took a while for me to figure it out without the special clamp but this works just fine.
