I did a search and these are the parts that are needed, is the timing belt included in these parts or do I need a new one? If I do...do I need a H23 timing belt or an H22? Anyone know the part #. Thanks, Andrew

is it really that hard to work with the auto tensioner that makes everybody convert over to the manual tensioner setup?

i've had 2 autotensioners fail. once causing damage, once i caught it in time.

i will be doing the swap the next time my current one fails.

and yes, use the h22 belt.

The H23 and H22 belt are the same. I checked with Honda.

Probably a stupid question, but what is an "auto" and "manual" tensioner?

Auto tensioner uses a spring I believe to take up slack on the timing belt wheras a manual is tightened manually, pls correct me if I'm wrong?

Yeah, you would have to tighten manually as your timing belt loosens over time. However it's pretty easy compared to servicing an auto-tensioner.

don't forget auto are pieces of garbage, while the manual is much less prone to a catastrophic failure...
