Default h22a4 cold start idle?

Car idles high at between 23-2900 sometimes. Is that normal?

Well mine usually idles around 1500rpm upon a cold start, maybe its colder where you live and your engine needs it that high to get up to operating temp quicker. It does go down and idle normal correct, when at operating temp?

Yeah we definitely are worlds apart. I think your idle is a bit high but if you don't have an idle issue when its warmed up then you should be good to go.
