I have a 95 prelude srv with a jdm obd1 swap. The swap was done a few months ago and ran great but one day I went out to start it and it sounded different and felt different and it will not let me pass 5k rpms acts as if it's hitting the fuel cut off. Possible clogged catalytic converter? Try pulling the o2 sensor out before the cat and see if it opens up.

So just run open header and see if that works?
