Default Need some help

I have a 2000 prelude an its a thief recovery I have replaced spark plugs, power stearing pump , ecu, wiring harness , sun roof , head lights,belts,cv joints,rear spindles , rear lights, ect. most expansive parts of course. I don't have the air bags back in would that cause it not to get fuel an spark, it does turnover. I drained the fuel yesterday .How do i test the fuel pump? Is it a ground problem? Sorry so many questions but need the help please bad with electrical dont know much about it everything else I am not to bad with . THANKS ALOT

what ecu did you use. i'd check to make sure it is the right one and always check your fuses. that would be a good start. i'm not to familiar with the 5th gen ludes but i can try to help.

SAME THING HONDA SAID ABOUT THE ECU BUT Y IS IT STILL TURNING OVER

because when you replace your ECU, the immobilizer won't recognize your key.
