Does anybody else have a little shop buddy? ---"picture thread"---
---------Keep this CAR RELATED!-------------
I dont want pics of your pets in your backyard, house, or on your couch. MUST be next to your car, or in a shop!
Ok so I know this isnt a "prelude-tech" thread. But all I own is my Prelude and this 4th gen thread has been kinda slow as of late. Heres a few pics of my little buddy helping me with my prelude.
Anyone else have any pics of their pets and their Preludes together? Its one of my favorite things capturing my two most prized possessions in the same pic.
Every time I work on my car my dog Shadow is right next to me. If I stand up and move around to the other side. Or get a new tool he fallows me and watches, which only happens when Im working on the car. Makes me wonder what he finds so intriguing about what Im doing with it lol.

My dog is always in the garage with me, and it freaks the wife out when I have coolant in the open, but she never gets near the stuff.
I am sure I have some pics of her around the car, I think I have a shot of her laying in between 2 4th gens while I was doing a clutch and tranny for a buddy the other summer,.

^^^ Thats a bad *** pic yo! His eyes look crazy lol. How did you end up with one red s2k seat?
My dog? He's fat because he's 11 years old, and isnt as energetic as he once was. Now he's just an old spoiled house dog lol. His dad was pure breed lab with papers and his mom was german-shepard and akita mix.
Find them up and post em! Ya my dog never seemed too interested in coolant either, I just wouldnt leave him alone with the stuff.

What did you use exactly to polish up your euro trans? Seeing that makes me want to do it now it looks good.

I used a drill and a circular wire brush for most of it. Then I used a dremel and smaller wire wheel to clean up the spots i couldnt get with the big wheel. Other then that I repainted the tip of my fork, and that little pump/piston pusher thing the hard-line is attached to. Then I also painted the shifter-cable bracket for some contrast, and I hit the rubber bits with some Mothers Back-to-Black conditioner.

This is something I might have to do knowing that it could look like yours in the end it turned out way clean. Plus its a lot better looking then that oxidation look that all our engines have from years in the elements.

^ He has his own drawer lol
I want to do the same to the block when it shows. I figure that was about 14 years of rust, the trans has to be from 00'-02. Iron/steel rusts orange, copper rusts green like the statue of liberty, and aluminum rusts this grey color.
